So yeah. I finally graduated. Everyone is telling me that I should be excited. I'm not excited. I'm glad, but not excited. It's not that I don't want high school to end. Believe me, I do. I just didn't feel excited. About 70 percent of the people in my class I could have easily gone without ever seeing again and been happier. People just make it to be a much bigger thing than it is. All you are doing is walking across a stage and getting a fake diploma. Then people send you gifts that you will likely never use or want.
But overall, it was OK I guess.
The grad party was all right too. I lost all my fake money pretty quickly at poker because I thought that one of the cards was a 6 but it was in fact a five; my stupid mistake. The food and drinks were good. Playing dodgeball, air hockey, and foozeball was fun. I got a 45 dollar wal-mart gift card so now I can go and buy season 1 of House. That's probably the best thing. Getting season 1 of House for free was definitely worth the 4 1/2 hours that I was tired and had to deal with loud, obnoxious Seniors whom I didn't and never will care to see.
OK. It's over now. I won't see any of these people ever again hopefully. Except for my friends, and maybe some teachers that I like.
Now for most of the summer I just want to rest and get my fill of Harry Potter. I can't believe that Deathly Hallows is coming out in only 44 days and The Order of the Phoenix movie in only 36 days. July is going to be an exciting month. That's what I am looking forward to this summer.
Peace out Yo.
-B.
